Slavery on the North Fork
The North Fork Project team, which has been researching the history of slavery on the North Fork, will present its findings at the Jamesport Meeting House on Wednesday, November 16 at 7 p.m. Open to the public. There is no charge, but donations will be accepted to support the project.

Fiddle and Clawhammer Banjo Workshop: Sunday, July 17th 12-1:30 p.m.

“If you can just play a few simple old time fiddle tunes, or if you're an experienced player, this workshop will be useful and fun. We'll take a couple of classic tunes apart to understand what makes them sound unique and old timey. Starting first with short melodic phrases which we'll play into our muscle memory, we'll add advice about bowing, then double stops, ornamentation and build it from there. Piano Four-hands with Charlotte Day and Jeffrey Wentz
Pianists Charlotte Day and Jeffrey Wentz will perform a recital of music for piano four-hands at the Jamesport Meeting House on Sunday, June 19th at 4pm. Jamesport Meeting House Chorus
The Jamesport Meeting House Chorus, under the direction of George Moravek, will be back on Sunday, May 15 at 4 p.m. with a concert of Stephen Sondheim music. There is a suggested $20 donation.
