The North Fork Project team, which has been researching the history of slavery on the North Fork, will present its findings at the Jamesport Meeting House on Wednesday, November 16 at 7 p.m. Open to the public. There is no charge, but donations will be accepted to support the project.  

The Meeting House’s premier 1731 Series returns this season with a quartet of four cellos from the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra on Sunday, November 6 at 4 p.m.   The concert will include works by Rossini, Bach, Mozart and Meeting House board member Peter Susser.   The 1731 Series features professional musicians from the metropolitan area and honors the year the building was constructed, making it the oldest public building on the East End of Long Island. Pianists Charlotte Day and Jeffrey Wentz will perform a recital of music for piano four-hands at the Jamesport Meeting House on Sunday, June 19th at 4pm.
