The Meeting House’s premier 1731 Series returns this season with a quartet of four cellos from the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra on Sunday, November 6 at 4 p.m.   The concert will include works by Rossini, Bach, Mozart and Meeting House board member Peter Susser.   The 1731 Series features professional musicians from the metropolitan area and honors the year the building was constructed, making it the oldest public building on the East End of Long Island.

Tickets are $20, with a price of $50 at the patron level, and are available HERE.  A meet-the-artists reception will follow the performance.

“The only thing better than one cello is four cellos,” according to Mr. Susser, himself both a composer and a cellist.  This will be a concert to remember!
