Hope and Resilience Long Island: The Vagina Monologues

The Vagina Monologues  is on September 27th at 7:00 p.m. at the Jamesport Meeting House. We'd love to have you join us (and bring a few friends!) as all funds raised go to support Hope and Resilience Long Island, serving victims of domestic abuse, sexual assault and human trafficking on the East End of Long Island.  

Corchaug Repertory Theatre One-Act Festival

The Corchaug Repertory One-Act Festival on September 13 & 14 will feature three one-act plays: “The Grind” by Bob Kaplan, “Disarming” by Peter Harrington, and “One Wish, Hold the Mayo,” by Nicholas Auletti. Performance times are 7 p.m. on Sept. 13 and 4 p.m. on Sept. 14. Tickets are $20 and may be purchased in advance or at the door.

Accord Treble Choir – Saturday, June 28 at 7 p.m.

The Jamesport Meeting House is pleased to announce an upcoming performance by the exceptional Accord Treble Choir, an all-female a cappella ensemble whose music spans a wide variety of styles, eras and cultures. Richard Wines and Nancy Gilbert are personally delighted to bring Accord’s unique and moving music to the Meeting House, having enjoyed the group’s concerts previously.

Jamesport Meeting House Chorus – Sunday, May 11

Celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday, May 11 with a lovely afternoon concert performed by your friends and neighbors in the Jamesport Meeting House Chorus. The concert begins at 4 p.m. and features a program ranging from contemplative, evocative songs to foot-stompin’ and sing-along tunes. Suggested donation of $20 at the door.

Mudflats String Band – Saturday, May 17

The Mudflats String Band will perform in-concert on Saturday, May 17 at 7:30 p.m. Inspired by America’s rich heritage of traditional music called Americana, the Mudflats infuse old time roots with dynamic energy reimagined for today. These trailblazing North Fork musicians add electric fiddle improvisation and rich acoustic vocals to the mix of traditional fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar, bass and drums.
