The Jamesport Meeting House Chorus, under the direction of George Moravek, will be back on Sunday, April 30 at 4 p.m. with a concert “100 Years of Broadway”.   There is a suggested $20 donation for adults.   Students and youth are free.  This program will also be performed at Peconic Landing on Saturday, April 22 at 4 p.m.

100 Years of Broadway ranges from the early days of Tin Pan Alley to contemporary shows such as Sweeney Todd.  You will hear favorite composers such as Irving Berlin, Richard Rogers, Andrew Lloyd Weber and lots of Stephen Sondheim.   Familiar selections range from “Give my Regards to Broadway” to “There’s No Business Like Show Business.”   Jeff Wentz will accompany the chorus on piano and Michael Bennett on drums.

These are your friends and neighbors.  Not to be missed.
